The most popular method consists of simple poured concrete piers, concrete pad or helical piles. Because every site is different, we do not directly quote the cost of foundations or pour concrete. However, this is a service that our authorized dealers provide, and they will work with you directly to get the best foundation for your site in an efficient way.

Yes! Walls, floor and roof are rated at R20. You can enjoy your oasis all year round with a mini split.

Minimal heat and cooling sources are required to warm the space. We suggest the ductless mini split for complete climate control.

All of models are prewired. Because every site is different, electrical connection cost is not included in the pirce. Use your own licensed electrical contractor or talk to our authorized dealers for pricing.

NEXUS and EXPANSE models are not designed for use as a dwelling unit. These models are perfect as an Office Space, Art or Music Studio, Exercise or Reading Room and other extra spaces.

In Ontario, you don't need a building permit for NEXUS and EXPANSE models as they are under 160 square feet. However, if you want to add plumbing, you'll need a building permit regardless of the size of the unit.

1. The first step is to place an order on our website (no deposit is required). 2. Our authorized dealer will contact you after receiving your order to confirm any remaining details. A site investigation may be needed to ensure everything is in order. 3. After confirming all details, a contract will be signed with a deposit of 30% of the total price. 4. We require an installment of 40% 30 days after signing the contract, with the remaining 30% due upon project completion.

NEXUS and EXPANSE models are covered with a 3 year limited warranty covering wall, floor and roofing systems.
